Dimla Upazila Representative of Nilphamari district, Md. Zahidul Islam, underwent his operation at Rangpur Talukder Hospital on May 12 at 9:00 pm. He has asked everyone for prayers for his recovery.
It is known that he has been suffering from hernia for many days. (Tuesday, May 12) he was admitted to Rangpur Talukder Hospital for the operation. Zahidul Islam has been a member of the Dimla Press Club since 2020. First, he worked in Janmat Patrika, secondly in Dainik Mukta Alo, and thirdly in The Daily Image BD, and fourthly in Pratidin Khabor.
Earlier, he was working as a labor leader in the workers’ union committee election of Karnagroup Bay-Creation Limited, a garment company in Rupganj Upazila of Narayanganj district. Zahidul Islam won the most votes in the workers’ union committee election. Jahidul Islam is the son of the late Ramzan Miah of Ward No. 2 of West Kharibari, Gayabari Union, Dimla Upazila, his village home. Meanwhile, Ali Hasan, editor of Pratidin Khabar, Mazarul Islam Liton, president of Dimla Press Club, and members of Dimla Press Club prayed for his recovery.
